We like every bit of the stay. Asuka, the staff who has been very attentive and nice to us has made our stay extra pleasant. She throughly explained everything to us, from how to navigate kinosaki to all the food being served to us for the kaiseki set we ordered. She communicated well with us with English, and we are pleased and happy that the other staff who finds out we aren’t Japanese spoke English with us as well.
We do like that Sensui offered 2 private bath that require no reservations, just walk in if you need to when it’s available and we enjoyed a good bath there before bed and after strolling kinosaki town. Unlimited coffee and tea are available at the lounge too. There’s also free sake tasting from 6-10pm.
We are given a pass to all attractions in kinosaki, a basket, yukatas, towels, socks and sandals so we are able to visit all the public bath houses in kinosaki.

Beautiful modern style ryokan with excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious Japanese breakfast ( although no vegetarian option was available). We had a spacious room with view of the mountain. The ryokan is located right in the centre of this wonderful town on a quiet street.
A vegetarian breakfast option would have been preferable , especially as the staff sent a query weeks earlier regarding our dietary restrictions. My daughter is vegetarian.

The breakfast was simple and reasonable. The ryokan location is near the onsen town and convenient to reach.
It will be much better and convenient If there is bath room in the room.
There is no lift available, So for old people or people with leg problem will have difficulties to climb the staircase to 3rd floor.
Some staffs are unable to communicate in simple English to international tourist. It makes the situation very difficult and stress for the tourist.
