The staff was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Dinner and breakfast were spectacular. I thought it would be served in the room, but instead was served in the dining area at their main building. This didn't bother us at all, and we ended up preferring that setup since we wouldn't want our clothes in the room to smell like food. They provided us with geta, yukata, pass for the onsens around town, and even umbrellas since it was raining lightly. It was overall a solid experience, and the price was also very affordable.
The wifi was quite weak in the room unless I was standing closer to the door. However, this didn't bother us because we were trying to be unplugged as much as possible during our time in Kinosaki Onsen.

Lovely onsen town inn, bountiful and delicious meals, beautiful traditional rooms, great hotel baths, good location for public baths, but still quiet. Family baths at the inn are perfect for people not comfortable with public baths.
There's almost too much food. Traditional Japanese floor sleeping arrangements might not be for everyone, especially older foreigners.

我們是住在斜對面二樓，跟用餐地方分開。
房間附帶雪肌精保養用品，非常好用。雖然這裡有很多外湯可泡，但旅館也有自己的湯感覺也很棒。
懷石料理非常棒，住的也舒服，沒什麼可挑剔。
房間有一幅女士像，還好衣櫃打開可擋著，不然晚上有點困擾😆
