Friendly reception, very comfortable room, quiet and immaculately clean. Breakfast in the annex across the road was freshly prepared and very good. Access to the onsens and the cable car was very convenient.

everything! bed was super comfy and there was private car transfer to the station when checking out!
there is a cafe they also own across the hotel which has amazing coffee and egg sandwiches.

We had a wonderful stay at Tsuchiya Kinosaki Onsen. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. We were touched by the beautiful personalized photo frame they prepared for us as a honeymoon surprise. He also kindly drove us to the beautiful beach nearby and took care of transporting our luggage to the train station, making our departure completely stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the hospitality was exceptional. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kinosaki Onsen.
Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
