Staff were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The breakfast was the best part of the stay, incredible value for a Japan style breakfast

The room was spacious but placement of putting the luggage’s was difficult because of the design of the room. Staff was nice enough to send a message that I had left my phone charger and was kind enough to send it to my next hotel in Osaka, of course with a small fee. The onsen in the hotel was nice that I could use it for myself for 45 min. The pass from the hotel allowed us to use other nearby onsens as well.

A lovely place, amazing Japanese breakfast served in the room, beautiful yukatas. English speaking staff, very helpful and kind. Strongly recommend.
