Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est typique, propre et confortable. Les toilettes pour ma chambre étaient privatives et refaites récemment. Les hôtes sont très attentionné. j’ai beaucoup échangé avec eux en Japonais et la communication en anglais et Français ne pose pas de problème. Le petit déjeuners et le dîner étaient délicieux et copieux. L’équipe a eu beaucoup de petites attentions comme me prêter un parapluie lors de mon départ pour la gare.

Absolutely everything. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The location was very central and an easy walk to everything. The onsen in the ryokan was so warm and comforting and it was nice to be able to soak with each other versus being separated by gender.

宿泊した季節がオフシーズンの為、温泉施設の賑わいもなく、客室から見える景色が殺風景だった。

Traditioneller Aufenthalt, das Haus ist wunderschön, super gelegen und genau was man versprochen bekommt. Das Bad ist modern, Klima und Lampen mit Fernsteuerung funktionieren einwandfrei, man schläft wunderbar. Das Hauseigene Thermalbad ist super, auch wenn es in Kinosaki sowieso genug öffentliche Bäder gibt. Man erhält kostenlos Wasser, Grünen Tee und Kaffee. Man bekommt auch super Tipps und Empfehlungen von den wahnsinnig liebevollen und netten Gastgebern. Wir hatten Verspätungen auf dem Weg von Kyoto nach Kinosaki, und schon vor unserem Aufenthalt wurde sich außerordentlich gut um uns gekümmert, mit Unterstützung in welche Verbindung wir am besten umsteigen sollen, Abholung am Bahnhof und Hilfe mit dem Gepäck.
Uns wurde ein exzellentes Japanisches Frühstück serviert, große Empfehlung.
Alles wissenswerte zum Haus und dem Ort, den Bädern und anderen Aktivitäten wurde uns leicht verständlich erklärt.
Die Sprachbarriere ist hier kein Problem.
Ich habe weder in Europa noch in Japan jemals eine so gute Hotelerfahrung gehabt, vielen Dank für alles!
Man sollte wissen, dass man um 23 Uhr im Haus sein muss, da dann die Tür geschlossen wird - was aber kein Problem ist, weil sowohl Züge als auch Restaurants / Bars und alles andere dann sowieso still stehen / zu haben.
