It was super clean, with very comfortable beds. In general, the hotel and spa look nice.
The restaurant food and breakfast were great.
The steps leading into the pool were loose and unstable, and nobody seemed to be fixing them. We also spoke to other hotel guests who said they had already been staying for 7 days and the issue still had not been addressed.
In our room, it was not possible to open the window at all. We were allowed to use the air conditioning, but it was not working properly either. At least, the reception staff were able to adjust it remotely to the temperature we wanted.

The place is well equipped and maintained, clean and well tied everywhere. The facilities are amazing. Most important - their staff is very kind and ready to help anytime. I used the gym, modern semi automated sauna, pool (warm pool! very rare in hotels) and breakfast. The middle-aged blonde receptionist woman from the night shift was amazing, she took photos of us with the rollup of the book. She will remember us from the photo, say hi!

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, Pan Wiktor świetny recepcjonista i bardzo miły, dał nam upgrade pokoju z większą przestrzenią, wszystko było czyste, wygodne i strefa SPA bardzo nam się podobała, masaż był bardzo relaksujący! :) sam hotel jest blisko lotniska, jak i restauracji, więc wszystko było nam po drodze. Zdecydowanie polecam i na pewno wrócimy ☺️

It’s a great hotel. Very clean and rooms are spacious.
The cleaning staff was very nice. The spa is small and not really a spa though, it’s a pool and one sauna, so I don’t think we can call it spa. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was also great, but for the price of dinner the portions were extremely small
It’s very far away. Parking is very small, the portions at the restaurant are to small and expensive
