I would stay at an American hotel next time.

I liked the room.

I didn’t like their lack of customer service. I just don’t think they knew any different. I ordered a rib eye steak for room service and it came from their kitchen without a cover, so by the time I got it, it was cold.

Good for Airport

The design look, the rooms are well designed, comfortable beds, good shower, decent work desk

The location is poor, the food service is very limited which is a problem as there are no restaurants near

Everything was great, higly recommend, breakfast was really the best. Staff and comfort on highest level

Do not bother sending me mails, messages to give you grade. It is my choice will i do it or not.

Good sound isolation, very close to airport

Everything was perfect. Because of early flight didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but that not hotel issue, of course. We were offered to get service to room if needed

Liked this location.

Interesting urban style in the business centre of the city. Located closely to the office buildings. Hotel is clean with own parking place.

Worth the distance from the airport

I barely remember anything now, but I do remember that I loved the decor, both in the room and in the corridors. But not only for its design, also because the functionality was planned into the design, clearly.

It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel and to the airport from the hotel, which was a bit discouraging, because I selected it for this very reason.

A very nice place to stay near the Chopin airporrt

Very nice hotel near the Chopin airport. Spacious and comfortable room, well equipped. Comfy beds (even though there were two singles placed adjacent and not a double bed). Interesting concept of external shades. Very good breakfast with decent selection of different options. Friendly staff. Good parking.

Hotel style concept includes bare concrete elements - ceiling and force elements of the walls. Looks nice, but it is a big problem - concrete is a very good sound conductor. As a result, I almost literally took part in all night "exercises" of the neighbours above me... It would also be nice to have an iron and iron board in the room it is very uncomfortable to go elsewhere with a bunch of your clothes to press them. Finally, no slippers in a 4-star hotel is kind of... strange...

Exceptional

The interior was my favourite part, I really liked the bathroom design and overall lofty vibe. Found everything I needed in the room — shampoos, gels, body lotions etc and even an eco bag as a small gift. Only stayed for 6 hours but honestly didn’t want to leave. Quite a gem for this price. The restaurant downstairs was great. Will definitely come back again.

very good breakfast . nice modern place . good location

staff could have been friendlier and more efficient . they twice missed giving us wake up calls . they were kind, though, to give us an upgrade on our second stay

So, toiletries were missing a toothpaste, and the shower drain was a bit broken, It just didnt drain good enough.
