Great hotel every time we visit Warsaw! Excellent food, facilities and swimming pool for the hot summer days.
The lack of robes! why it is not available unless you pay for it, this must be in every room, because we need to go to the swimming pool.
Only central door on the ground floor to get out to the garden?! why?? there are 2 other door but they are locked?? crazy!

Location of the hotel is very convenient, it's only 10-15 min drive to the airport. Rooms are modern, nice and clean. Love the bathroom with huuuge shower and amazing cosmetics from Rituals.
We had some trouble with big group of teenagers, that decided to make a party in a room above our head. Lady from the Rexeption Natalia was very helpful and she managed find they guardians and tsort out the situation.
We had multiple stays in this hotel and the team is always very professional, helpful and kind!Thank you!
Small fridge in the room was not cooling.
