Stayed in 2 different rooms. Room 1 was very clean and spacious. Good shower and comfortable beds. Good location for access to Warsaw. Breakfast was good and evening meals were reasonably priced.
Room 2 was shabby with stains on the carpet. Bed was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Arche Hotel Krakowska. The whole place is clean, stylish, and just has a really pleasant vibe that made it easy to relax.
The staff were great—super friendly and always ready to help.
Also, the location is good ( about 20-25 mins by tram to the center) if you don't have a car. Trams and buses are literally a minute away, so getting around Warsaw is no trouble at all. Definitely a comfortable, stress-free stay!

After a long flight, the room felt cozy and was truly a place to rest and recharge.
The toiletries (shower gels, conditioner etc.) were very nice - great quality and a pleasant scent.
The only downside was that I wasn’t able to reach the front desk to request a later checkout. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is already at 10 AM. After a long flight and jet lag, an 11 AM checkout option would have been really appreciated.
