Excellent location with 3 bus lines directly to the city center (just 5 stops) and close to the bus/train station. Well equipped kitchen anex, a lot of shelves in the sleeping room, very good internet signal. The owner is very helpful and swiftly responding to all requests.
The apartment is located in a business area, so the grocery shops are not in close vicinity (> 1000 m). To help, the owner provided detailed location of nearest Lidl and other 3 shops. A small table to put a cup of coffee on it while sitting on the sofa would be nice addition to that otherwise very good apartment.

4人で宿泊しても十分広かった。ホストとWhatsApp で連絡を取れて、レスポンスが早かった。チェックイン方法も写真・動画付きで教えてくれた。

Location is perfect. 10-15 min away from the city center (Bus stop is nearby). Also it's 5 min away from the city hall for volleyball and other concerts. The apartment is the perfect size and has everything you need for your stay. The parking is perfect.
The second bed (under the roof) is hot in the summer and the air conditioning can't make the temp comfortable there. This is for the apartment on the top floor.

Grundsätzlich war das Apartment sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. In der Küche war soweit alles zum kochen vorhanden, leider nur teils zu wenig Besteck oder Geschirr (z.B. eine kleine Gabel) für vier Personen. Das Apartment liegt an einer befahrenen Straße etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, jedoch mit Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Dies macht ein Erkunden der Stadt sehr einfach.
Das Apartment ist leider einfach runter gelebt. Die Bettwäsche hat teils Löcher oder Flecken, Steckdosen sind nicht ordnungsgemäß an der Wand angebracht und hängen raus (direkt neben dem Kindertisch), die Wände sind voller Schrammen und es sind teils Löcher in den Wänden. Die Couch ist bequem quietscht jedoch bei jeder Bewegung, der Duschvorhang muss dringend ausgetauscht werden und duschen ist durch eine kaputte Halterung, quasi nur durch Abnehmen der Brause möglich. Aus dem Fitnessraum sind wir rückwärts wieder raus, da hier der Putz von den Wänden kommt und der Raum sehr stark gerochen hat. Alles Sachen die grundsätzlich ein easy fix wären, den Bewertungen nach zu beurteilen sind diese teils jedoch nicht unbekannt.
