Stayed there 20 yrs ago and it was excellent then and still is. the Staff fixed us up with tickets for Monet's garden which was superb.

The hotel has become rather tired since we last stayed there many years ago. Madame was pretty grumpy and not very helpful.

Made to feel we were in error for not booking dinner in restaurant in advance or bike space. Restaurant was about one quarter full

The views are lovely and the location was super handy. The man as t reception was helpful.
The furnishing is a bit out dated (especially the bathroom) and room smelt a bit misty.
The breakfast was not worth the money at all. The fruit were a bit dry, the bread seemed pre backed.
Some of the staff were very impatient and a bit rude.
Internet/ WiFi simply did not work.
