I got unit in ground floor where was loud and busy so asked to change. Unit on second floor is quiet y can rest. Location is good near restaurants, everything, near beach and the main thing, the bars located on the beach are near.
Lady who run the place is kind and hospitable. It was clean. Room smell nice no stink like many other places.
No sink in the bathroom, you shave in kitchen, no mirror in kitchen so it work like this: you shave, you go mirror, than you go kitchen to wash so three places in order to shave.
Narrow path between houses (50cm) to approach the property is gravel not paved so y drag your suitcase on dirt… A bit claustrophobic… Same with ground floor area in the property it need some concrete not to stand on mud.

Excellent location, professional, courteous, and kind staff. Very close to Bulabog Beach, if you are a kitesurfer, and everything you need is in walking distance.
Nothing really to complain about. You have to like cats and kids, though :)
