This property worked perfectly for our five families who traveled in from all over the country to meet up for our family reunion. The layout was just right with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The kitchen size was so nice and everyone had a place to sit in the kitchen. The children loved having space to play, use the hot tub and playing board games. We even had a ping pong tournament that was fun for all ages. This is a great place to stay feels like home in country and is very convenient to any city needs.

We booked this property for our daughter’s BSU graduation. The home was spacious and immaculate. We loved the huge kitchen and seating rooms. It’s the perfect home for any gathering. Private, yet within 15-20 minutes to everything. Communication from the owner was quick whenever we had a question. Thanks so much for a memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time as we gathered our large family in this beautiful home. The pictures are accurate. There was plenty of rooms for our family to spread out as well as space for us to gather together in one area. The home is clean and the beds are very comfortable. And there are extra mattresses for sleeping on the floor which are very comfortable as well. There is a ping pong table in the garage as well as extra tables and chairs for large groups. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

Great property for multiple families to stay in one location. More than enough parking. Knowing that the property is a couple miles away from shopping / restaurants we planned ahead and had no need to leave and we were able to cook all of our meals at the house. Most of the time was spent socializing in the large kitchen. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Our best VRBO experience!! This property is everything you could dream it could be. We used it to host a wedding it and it was absolutely beautiful. Space for the the whole family and then some! Access to the pool and close proximity to all the amenities in case you need any last minute items for your stay. The host is extremely understanding and very responsive and helpful with just a quick call or text away. This home is breathtaking and made our event so memorable. Thank you for being so gracious and such a wonderful host! 10/10 will use again for family functions.

We had the best time at this house! The accommodations were perfect for our group. Randy was wonderful to work with. I can't recommend this highly enough. We brought our church youth group from Nevada here for youth conference. It was perfect!

This is an amazing house! They went above and beyond with meeting our needs, and there wasn't anything that we would have changed. Plenty of space for everyone, and plenty of things to keep everyone occupied! We are already deciding when our next reunion will be, and we will be booking this house again for it!!! Seriously, cannot say enough good things about our stay!

Gorgeous grounds, spacious house and thoughtful amenities made my family's stay perfect! We had 30 people staying at the house yet everyone had enough room to have their own space. The popcorn machine, ping pong table and pool were a huge hit with adults and kids alike! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Randy for sharing your beautiful property!

Our group was blessed to find this location. It was perfect for our groups needs. It had plenty of activities to entertain and more than enough space for our group of 28. Our students loved the game tables and pool. The facility is beautiful and we were very grateful for the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend this home.

Pack 11 Adults in a house for three days and expect them to stay sane?? Well, we held a corporate retreat at this property and were more than pleased. The house and it's listed amenities were exactly as described. Perhaps most importantly, the house was clean, organized, with plenty of space for all. Large groups can easily eat together, meet together (upstairs) and enjoy themselves. There are plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. The communication with the Property Manager was excellent and they went above and beyond in assisting us! We will happily stay here again next year.

We rented this place so that our large, extended family could be together during our grandmother's memorial service weekend. The place is huge! Lots of places for sleeping, bathing, and being together. With bedrooms on three levels, people could easily get away from the high energy of the gathering. Property manager was awesome! Super responsive and helpful.

This place was fantastic. Spacious rooms. Great living spaces and kitchen areas. Ther amenities were great. The property manager was so responsive to our needs and even dropped off extra TP when our group of 17 used it all up. The house had plenty of space for privacy when we were doing things in smaller groups or when some people needed to sleep earlier than others. Sound carried between floors some, but it wasn’t any worse than a typical house. We were veery pleased. For group stays in the nampa or meridian area, this place rocks!
