About this house rental
Newly remodeled ocean front with brand new appliances, flooring, bathrooms. Fully furnished just bring your bathing suit! Two bedrooms plus couch pulls out to queen sofa bed and love seat sofa bed twin mattress. Full size brand new washer and dryer-soaps, shampoo; etc included. Located on south end of Peggoty beach-private beach. One of only seven houses on private road includes private parking. Public beach approx five minute walk. Multiple restaurants, bars in the area.

This was a great stay! Everything was as described and/or shown in pictures. The only surprise was a nice basket of snacks that the kids really appreciated on arrival. If anything, it was a bit more spacious than we expected and fit 2 adults and 5 kids comfortably. The place was clean, nothing was broken or old, and it seemed like the owners really keep on top of things as far as maintenance and amenities. We would definitely rent here again.

This home and location are so delightful! It was even better than the photographs. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, and the views, well… They just can’t be beat. The changing landscape and tides were a treasure, and it was easy to walk to town by walking along Peggotty beach. Comfy beds and furnishings, great responses from the host. Highly recommend, you can’t get closer to the water.

The entrance was difficult but overall the cottage is beautiful and my son's family loved it. The welcome basket was a real treat, Thank You.I will have the ones that stayed there write a review as well.

Very cute little beach out. Beautifully decorated, our bed was very comfortable. Waves lapping every day was just the medicine we needed.
