The Space:

Experience Prescott from a spacious and beautifully appointed three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home set among picturesque boulders and mountain scenery. With a private hot tub, expansive deck, fire pit, and panoramic views, the property offers a memorable setting for families and groups seeking comfort close to downtown.



Living area: The open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings, plush seating, custom knotty alder finishes, and an impressive stone fireplace. A smart TV allows guests to sign in to their preferred streaming services, while Wi-Fi, board games, puzzles, playing cards, and a Pac-Man arcade game provide entertainment for all ages. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.



Kitchen and dining: The gourmet island kitchen is designed for cooking and gathering. It includes a double oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and a selection of basic spices and oils.



Primary bedroom: Relax in a king-size bed with a spacious walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a separate shower and a beautiful soaking tub for unwinding after a day of exploring.



Second bedroom: Queen-size bed.



Third bedroom: Queen-size bed.



Bathrooms: In addition to the primary en suite, the home includes a second full bathroom with a shower-and-tub combination and a convenient half bathroom. Bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.



Outdoor space: Step onto the spacious furnished deck to take in approximately 270 degrees of mountain and city views. Soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or prepare dinner on the propane grill as the sun sets over Prescott.



Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for guest use.



The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are placed throughout the property for guest safety.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the home and its amenities, including all three bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, furnished deck, hot tub, fire pit, and propane grill. Arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by Prescott’s distinctive boulders, mountain scenery, and expansive views. Downtown Prescott, the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops, and community events are only a short drive away. The setting feels peaceful and private while remaining convenient to town.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended, as downtown is close but not comfortably walkable from the home. The Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops, lakes, and hiking trails are easily accessible by car. Guests should use additional care on mountain roads during snow, ice, or other seasonal weather.



Other Things to Note:

Please follow the posted safety instructions when using the hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, and propane grill. Outdoor fires may be restricted during periods of elevated wildfire danger; all local restrictions must be observed.



The home allows pets with prior notice and applicable fees. Please include all guests and pets when booking, or notify us within 48 hours of any changes.
