Nestled in Bolivar Peninsula, this attractive house for $643 per night is a great choice for your next break. Relax in style at this beautiful, Beachfront with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico! Positioned on the Bolivar Peninsula, in the small town of Gilchrist, you will be a few short steps away from the beach! This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath property features three balconies, and a wraparound deck, where you can start each morning in the fresh air with a cup of coffee watching the waves break over the sandy shore. When you enter the home, you will immediately be greeted by the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for all your culinary needs and plenty of seating for family style meals to get everyone fueled up for the day. When it’s time to head out to the beach, which you will find just steps from your back door, you can make a day of beachcombing and lounging on the sand! When are winding down for the evening and you make your way upstairs, you will find all the bedrooms: a king bed and an en suite bathroom are the first bedroom; the second bedroom with 2 sets of queen over queen bunk beds and a trundle will sleep 9-10 guests, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and shares the hallway bath. The fourth suite offers the best view in the house at the end of the hall with a full bed and an en suite bathroom. Discover everything this area has to offer, from local restaurants and shops to the Smith Oaks Sanctuary for some birdwatching! You will also be only 10 minutes from Crystal Beach. Located next door to Emerald Isle. Events are welcome, max 30 event guests, additional, non-refundable event fee of $600, will need to be added after booking. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600. Pets are welcome, up to 2 dogs, the non-refundable pet fee is $25 per night, to be added after booking. Beachfront, 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths Bed and bath setup, all bedrooms on 2nd floor master king, with private bath guest room queen, with private bath guest room queen hall bath bunkroom, 2 sets of queen/queen, and twin trundle upstairs entryway, full sofa bed downstairs half bath Must be 25 yrs old to book. Cargo lift is not available due to liability issues. Smoking allowed outside only, must pick up butts. Charcoal grill available downstairs. Both types of coffee pots are available. All TV are smart, with YouTube TV. Located across the ferry from Galveston, on the Bolivar Peninsula. As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund. Note, property is not child proof.

This was a vacation I’ll always remember. Beautiful house and amazing view of the beach/ocean. The multiple decks were perfect to sit on and enjoy the scenery. A couple of things that weren’t listed that we all really enjoyed and appreciated was the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off and the sliding gate at the top of the deck to keep our little ones safe from the stairs. The beach was just a short walk away from the house and we loved that it was never overcrowded with people. There were tons of shells which was my favorite part. You could also drive your vehicle onto the beach which was nice for carrying coolers. You do have to pay $10 for a sticker to allow you to do this. The only negative was that the master bedroom was pretty warm the whole stay. It never got below 73 but during the day it stayed 79. This wasn’t too much of a problem since we were outside and busy most of the time though.

What a blast! My sister and I booked both Jordan’s Sandcastle and Emerald Isle for a family vacation/ nephew’s graduation trip. This is an annual trip but we were excited to have found two houses next door to each other, but to have them both on the beach was a bonus! Also having a more quiet/private beach rather than being on the public beach was another added bonus to the trip. We look forward to continuing our adventures next year! Thanks so much!
