Just a short walk across the street is the most gorgeous beaches. Tastefully decorated master bedroom features a king bed and a slider to the private lanai. Living room has a new queen sofa bed. Enjoy snacks and your favorite beverage at the kitchen bar. Flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room. Washer/Dryer is included.

The condo comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, beach supplies including 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 beach wagon, beach toys and floats.
As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.
Community amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.
