First of all, my family was expecting a swimming pool. The pool/hot tub combo was not adequate for my family’s planned activities. Please include a picture of the pool in your advertisement. The property was advertised as having 5 bedrooms when there are only 4 bedrooms. The air did not work when we arrived. Paul was great and had to make two trips to property to fix our air. One day he came to our rescue on his daughter’s birthday! Only 5 of the 12 arcade games in the advertisement worked. There were 1 1/2 rolls of tissue left in both bathrooms for 13 people to use over 5 days. I just don’t think I received the value that was paid for this property. However, the property manager was very nice and courteous each time I reached out for assistance. As I said above, Paul was awesome.

When we first pulled into the cabin, the lawn was a mess. Our kids (ages 15, 10, and 2) were so excited for the swim spa and it was DISGUSTING! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! We go to put the code into the door and it wouldn’t work. I called the owner, Julie, and she was very helpful with trying to get it figured out. She told us the same code, which again did NOT work. We both tried calling Vacasa. It took awhile to get ahold of them. After finally reaching someone, he claimed he couldn’t find our reservation by our name, or phone number. Julie told him he needed to give us the code so we could get in and he wouldn’t give it. Apparently there was another reservation during our same time at this same cabin. Julie was able to put an owners hold on the place so Vacasa finally gave us the door code to get in after almost an hour and 45 minutes! After going in, we see crumbs, dirt, etc. all over the floor. The counter was all sticky, the refrigerator handle had some sort of sticky gunk on it as did the dishwasher. The theater seat cup holders were disgusting! Half the games were either broken or halfway broke. The sauna had a piece where nails were sticking straight up as you walk in. There was trash on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Julie had told the guy from Vacasa that the maid service needed to come out and clean as well as someone from their company needed to come out to see if we needed anything. He told us he would send them. No one EVER came. Julie offered to pay for all of our family to go to Dollywood, but we asked for a full refund and ended up getting a different cabin the next day.
