Tina was very welcoming and helped me bring my bags into the garden house. It's decorated beautifully and had pictures of her dogs and cats on the wall which was lovely. I didn't end up bringing my dog with me but I'm sure he would have been very happy there. It was a perfect retreat for me to go back to in the evening after a busy time catching up with lots of friends in Oldmeldrum. I would definitely recommend Braikley Hideaway.
I can't think of anything negative to say.

The hideaway was excellent and Tina was a lovely host. The location was excellent and Tarves has an excellent pub and cafe. While we didn’t take our dogs this time, next time we’d be more than happy to take them with us. Next time we’re in the area we’d gladly stay again.

Tina was really welcoming and very helpful, too. The garden house was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and Tina had very kindly provided milk and eggs, too.
Also, very dog-friendly indeed. Tina allowed our eight-stone Rhodesian Ridgeback, who had been cooped up in a motorhome for a fortnight, to run around her field. He even got to tear around with her lovely Doberman, too. We only spent two nights there but will certainly return when we're next back in the area.
