Great location, and very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Good pool and, despite being next to lots of other villas, a good view and sufficient privacy.
It needs a little maintenance. Cupboard doors not closing, not all AC units working, loose electrical socket.

Pretty basic villa with slightly odd layout (no.4).
Very close to bar/restaurant. When we arrived people were sitting smoking on our villa wall.
Fridge pretty useless. Only way to cool drinks was to leave them in freezer for several hours.
Main Lounger area next to pool pump so not very relaxing.
Air conditioning was broken in main living area. Vague (unsuccessful) attempt made to fix it and then radio silence from the agents W2M. Temperature in room was 33 degrees plus so basically we couldn't use the living area for 4 days out of 7 until the weather cooled.
Mould all over en suite ceiling. Not good and needs sorting.
Friends had Villa 7 which was nicer in layout and presentation etc. Would recommend avoiding Villla 4.
