I really liked the mini bar, and it’s in a good location.
The Air Conditioning isn’t too functional. It needs a cleaning.

La climatisation et la superficie de la chambre ainsi la proximité vers la gare Garibaldi ( métro train et bus) 10 mn à pied
Pour aller à la gare Garibaldi, il faut traverser des quartiers très sales, avec des poubelles débordantes, parfois même sur la route, et beaucoup de SDF.
Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, ce qui rend l’accès à la chambre, située au deuxième étage, très difficile, surtout avec des valises.
