Нам понравилось все: Чистота и порядок, кондиционер работал прекрасно, стильные апартаменты, шикарная обеденная и кухонная зона, если вы любите готовить, то здесь это будет максимально удобно. Также не могу не подчеркнуть внимание хозяйки к таким мелочам как: Кофе (который пополняют), соль, сахар, оливковое масло и бальзамический уксус тоже на месте! В квартире очень много источников света днем и вечером)
Ванная комната тоже удобная, просторная и светлая, с дозаторами: Шампунь, гель для душа и кондиционер для волос.
Немного про расположение:
Апартаменты находятся в 5 минутах от самых лучших супермаркетов (Coop и DeDeCo)
Также 10 минут пешком и вы на главной станции откуда - 5 минут и вы где угодно, в любой части города, а вечером вниз по улице и затем направо от дома, вы попадаете на улицу со стрит-фудом и аперолем по 2 евро!

We are so so grateful to have found this place - and for Emanuela - the owner. It completely transformed our stay in Naples. We left our previous Naples hotel early due to serious cleanliness issues and no working A/C - and despite a very late night last minute booking - we were accommodated with an early check in. After one disastrous stay, we were relieved to find the room we booked was bright, airy and extremely clean. And I mean, SPOTLESS. It gets plenty of natural sunlight, has an A/C that works well and everything looks completely brand new. The bed was very comfortable and despite the location being close to the train station and the chaos of the city - it was very quiet. I am a light sleeper but apart from the odd ambulance siren, you could not hear a thing from all the traffic below. It was great to have a peaceful sanctuary to return to after exploring the chaotic and sweaty city everyday. The location made it so easy to train/metro to all the key sites and it was also walking distance (10-15 min) to the historic spaccanapoli neighborhood. I would happily recommend this place to any of my friends and family if they were ever visiting Naples.
The apartment is on the top floor - an elevator will get you most of the way there but you will need to walk the last short set of steps. Not a big deal for most able bodied people.

Struttura carina in complesso
A causa di un forte ritardo del treno sono arrivata in struttura intorno alle 00:30. La proprietaria, in stato di gravidanza, mi ha aspettato insieme al marito e comprendo perfettamente il disagio che questo può aver comportato. Tuttavia, ciò che non posso giustificare è l’atteggiamento arrogante e poco cortese che mi è stato riservato.
Mi sono stati richiesti 20 € aggiuntivi per il check-in fuori orario, importo che ho pagato senza discutere, nonostante tale supplemento non fosse chiaramente indicato nella prenotazione su Booking.
Successivamente, avendo avuto problemi con il telefono e non utilizzando contanti, ho chiesto di poter effettuare un bonifico per il saldo della tassa di soggiorno e del check-in. Nel giro di poche ore mi è stato inviato un IBAN accompagnato da un messaggio in cui si affermava che, in mancanza del pagamento entro la giornata, si sarebbe rivolta alla polizia.
Ho sempre pagato tutto ciò che mi spettava e ritengo che un cliente debba essere trattato con rispetto e fiducia, soprattutto per una cifra così modesta. Nel settore turistico possono verificarsi imprevisti e la professionalità si misura anche dalla capacità di gestirli con educazione e dialogo.
Peccato, perché un’accoglienza più cordiale avrebbe lasciato un ricordo completamente diverso del soggiorno.
