Excellent location. Very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and professional. Valet staff was exceptional.
Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced for a big city location. Coffee shop was very reasonable and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were very good.
A bit pricey but to be expected in a big city.

Good gym. Good sized room. The desk staff and porters were really friendly and approachable. Good location.
Housekeeping, or lack there of it. Cleaning of the rooms needs to be improved massively. The bodywash in the bathroom was empty when we checked in!
