Great location! Clean, well-equipped, open and spacious apartment. We got a premium one. It was a corner apartment, so we enjoyed a lot of natural light. Cookies in the room were an unexpected and tasty treat!
It was a bit noisy at night, but the white noise machine took care of that nicely. Smart touch.
We plan to return some day. :)

It’s an amazing building from yesteryears exceptionally restored and updated. The staff is warm and friendly and it is located in walking distance of everything right next door to a Detroit people mover station. Highly recommend

Our one night stay was for a local staycation and to be able to spend more time in Detroit than we usually get to in order to explore the city. Roost was the perfect choice for us. The room was clean, stylish, spacious and comfortable. It was located right on the edge of nightlife, close to everything we wanted to see. We had a drink and quick bite at Sakazuki and it didn't disappoint at all. The staff were super accommodating and made great recommendations. Our room was on the 4th floor right behind a bank of elevators. We did hear quite a bit of street noise, but never once heard an elevator or people in the hallway.
