Very quiet location, reasonably close to the Marina and several places to eat and drink and the main town centre of Ibiza Town are around a 30-40 minute walk away or a short taxi ride. Plenty of space in the property for us as a family of 8 adults and 2 very small grand children
I think the property could do with a little TLC, just someone going round and making notes on each room and sorting a few general maintenance jobs out to bring the house back up to tip top spec. The host Marco certainly did his best to help us out as much as he could and we had regular dialogue when we needed help on things.

Die Grosszügigkeit der Räume, alles gut klimatisiert. Marco hat einen ganz tollen Job gemacht. Wenn etwas nicht IO war, hat er es gleich repariert.
Man könnte die Unterkunft mit wenigen Pinsel strichen, oder neuen Better in den Schränken echt aufwerten. Die Kissen lassen zum Teil auch etwas größeren Erneuerungsbedarf auf.
