Location, price, very quick response from booking manager, early check-in for bag storage, incredible convenience, and comfort.
Basic but perfect facilities. Somewhat noisy, but such incredible value for money, will stay again!

Excellent location in centre of Bondi just a short walk from the beach. Free Street parking 10 minutes walk away. Was able to park in loading zone out the front upon arrival and departure. Small clean studio with ensuite tucked away behind a laundromat. Very comfortable for two. Could sleep four at a pinch on top and bottom double bunks. Tidy ensuite bathroom.
Shower floor didn't drain fully.
