Location - close to venues.
Easy check-in.
Most importantly, no lock on bedroom door for when we were away.
Loud road noise and Bedroom is quite bright at night even with blinds down.
Coffee machine available, but no tea, coffee, milk.
Had to pay for car park, no street parking available within several blocks.

Stay was good, even for a shared house you had a lot of privacy.
The shampoos weren’t that diverse and they weren’t marked but that’s wasn’t a big issue.
Maybe two extra pillows would be great, you sleep quite low.

The outside steps were poorly lit the first night.
