Nestled in Kiawah Island, this attractive villa for $637 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Step into a custom, fully renovated, coastal-modern oasis in Shipwatch Villas, West Beach. You will feel like you are staying in a luxury hotel with all of the amenities of a villa. This fourth floor (top floor-elevator access) end unit provides total privacy and a partial view of the ocean from one of the 3 porches. The exterior and interior of the unit were completely redone in 2023, including new concrete porch floors, railing and all new interior design elements. The open kitchen and living room allows for easy entertaining and enjoying the ocean breeze through the two sliding doors that open onto porches. Custom cabinetry and all Viking appliances grace the gourmet kitchen with a large island for eating with a custom built-in banquette. The master suite has a lovely private porch for enjoying morning coffee in your pajamas. The elegant bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a private toilet room. The secondary suite has another private porch and bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Closets in both bedrooms are customized. The original art through-out the villa reflects a coastal lifestyle and celebrates many local artists. The villa is in an oceanfront property that has a private boardwalk which is the gateway to the pristine beach in literally 150 steps. An easy stroll to get a cocktail or extra sunscreen. A truly remarkable and unique property to enjoy a stellar, beachside escape! An ideal property for four people! This villa is located in West Beach and across the street from the Kiawah Island Conference Center and Cougar Point Golf Club. Guests have access to all dining on island, golf, and tennis. We do not have resort pool access. The unit doesn’t provide beach towels, beach chairs, or beach equipment. Business License Number RBL22-000315 Parking spaces for 2 cars in lot. Our previous Kiawah Island Villa had over 90 5-star reviews before we sold it in March of 2022. We love for our guests to enjoy our home as much as we do!

Everything about this rental is amazing! It is impeccably designed, super clean, and is stocked with all the necessities you could ever need. We felt as if we were home. Proximity to the beach is perfect and we took full advantage of it! Finally, Tatum is wonderful and so helpful in answering all of our questions. We enjoyed every single moment! The property is stunning, beautifully decorated, and amazingly appointed! It’s very convenient and a very short walk to the beach. A delightful place to live for a stay but in a way that doesn’t feel too fancy to truly enjoy!

This property was even better than the pictures give it credit. All high end appliances and furnishings along with a complete remodel were amazing. The views of the ocean from the three patios and close proximity to the beach were wonderful. If looking for a great place to relax and unwind this condo is for you.

everything about this vacation was almost perfect. The grounds and building are clean and in good repair. Our unit seemed to be brand new and everything worked like it should. Great island experience since there are no high rise buildings and hence not overcrowded. Minimal to no commercialization. Highly recommend this rental.

The owner and property manager were extremely service oriented and helpful. The villa is gorgeous, well maintained and close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful glassware, dishes, pots and pans and TVs!! Kiawah is beautiful!!

Everything was great. The owner was very responsive prior to the trip and the property manager was as well during our stay. The condo has recently been renovated and is gorgeous. The master bathroom is huge and super clean! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing!! Everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate and made us feel like it was our own home largely due to the personal attention to detail such as the personalized coasters. The condo was perfect for our family’s stay in Kiawah. One thing if you are planning to go to the beach there are no beach towels, cooler or chairs available in the condo. I didn’t realize that until after we had been to the store. Would be great if they had those items for me to borrow since the chair service ends at 5:00. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Let me begin by saying that I have always loved Kiawah for its natural beauty and immaculate beaches. However, finding a gem such as this condo is a true luxury. Combination of beautiful condo location, gorgeous renovation and high end touches make it feel like the condo could be your own. The light flow is beautiful in the condo as a corner unit and so quiet being on the top floor. Very private. My husband, son and I enjoyed quiet family time. Very nice just steps from beach down private boardwalk. Owners and property manager made the process seamless. Very grateful they shared their lovely getaway with us. We will be back!!

Awesome job with the renovations with three separate balconies! Partial ocean view yet nestled like a treehouse. Please leave instructions for gas on use of the washer and dryer. Also consider larger capacity, washer and dryer. The dish washer didn’t fully dry. The dishes probably from user error but simple instructions would help. First class, Viking appliances, beautiful furnishings, and first class kitchen ware. Job well done!

Lovely, recently renovated condo property with peek-a-boo ocean views was a great fit for my wife and I on our first visit to the island. First, the island vegetation is so lush that ocean views are rare, and 4th floor property has great balcony space to enjoy treetops and ocean vistas. Second, the property condition was superb- freshly updated with every convenience necessary. Third, great location! Proximity to Freshfields retail and dining was super convenient, and the Cougar Point clubhouse is just stew away. Communication with property manager and owner was gracious and accommodating throughout. 5+ star experience.

Beautiful fully updated and decorated condo with many special touches! Thought of all details with this condo. Two great bedrooms with king beds with balconies. The location can’t be beat with just steps away from the West Beach. Walking distance of Cougar Point Golf Course & Restaurant. Bike trail directly out front door. Easy close drive to Freshfields.a A must stay! Just dont take our week when we come back.
