Nestled in Kiawah Island, this attractive villa for $621 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our two bedroom ocean front Windswept Villa! Our remodeled, ocean front first floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom villa is centrally located in Kiawah's East Beach Village. It is just steps to the beautiful 10 miles of beach, the five star Sanctuary Hotel and Spa are just a short walk away. The Roy Barth Tennis Center is a quick bike ride, and the top notch golf courses (including The Ocean Course) are just a short drive away. The brand new East Beach Town Center, where you can get some casual food, a bottle of wine or some last minute necessities, is just across the way. Our villa includes an open floor plan, WiFi and all the amenities needed for a first class experience. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances and is well stocked with cooking utensils to prepare a first class meal. The living room has been redecorated with all new furniture, art, a large 54" flat screen tv, and freshly painted. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a queen bed, beautiful ocean views, and the private bathroom has a spacious large walk in shower, oversized single vanity, and new walk in closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a single 36" vanity. We have an oversized deck that has beautiful ocean views. Part of the deck is covered so one can still be outside if wanting to enjoy a rain shower or just get out of the sun. There is a walk in laundry/pantry with side by side washer and dryer. The building does have an elevator, but is easier and closer to use the stairs. COVID information: All cleaning guidelines from the CDC and the Medical University of South Carolina are being met and exceeded by our property management. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Since we do not rent through the resort, our guests do not have resort pool privileges. This villa is perfect! Walkable to the market for coffee/lunch and to the Sanctuary to rent bikes/enjoy drinks. This home is beautifully decorated, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, and the view from the porch is amazing. We will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! It was very clean and so tastefully decorated with modern decor, The bathrooms were so clean and updated like a lovely hotel! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need! The views were lovely from both the covered deck and the window seat in the house. The walk to the beach was so convenient! We would love to come back to this wonderful place!

Our family of four (including two teenagers) stayed in this villa for a family vacation. The villa was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and included everything we needed and more. The location is amazing - a short walk to the beach over the boardwalk, within a 10 minute drive to local shops and restaurants, and provides easy access to Kiawah’s biking and walking trails. The property owner was very accommodating and extremely easy to communicate with. This is definitely a 5+ star property and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the island.

This is truly an outstanding condo and one of the best I’ve ever rented. It was spotlessly clean. The location is superb! We enjoyed the porch every day with its beautiful views and gentle breezes. The entire space is so well appointed, including the kitchen. We cooked many meals, enjoying every moment. The beach is stunning and the biking a must. The owner is responsive and helpful. There is a reason this property has such a high rating. The condo is beautiful. I love the large deck with a view of the ocean. The furnishings are excellent. The kitchen is decked out with everything you need. The location is perfect. And the communication with the property owner was excellent. Definitely a five star property in Kiawah!

A great property that was well represented. Small (only really enough room for one family of four or five) but very clean, comfortable beds, nice location near the Sanctuary, and adorable decor. The beach was nice and big and not terribly crowded despite the holiday weekend. We really enjoyed biking, seeing the wildlife, and a meal at La Tele!
