Situated in Estes Park, this charming house for $376 per night is a great option for your next trip. Permit # 20-NCD0169. Step out on the deck to enjoy the sounds of the Big Thompson River, just a stone's throw-away; and sneak a peek of Flattop Mountain and Hallett through aspen groves and pine trees... you can take it all in while having your morning coffee, an evening glass of wine or cooking dinner on the grill. And while you are there be sure to say 'hey' to our frequent visitors including elk, deer, wild turkeys, the neighborhood bob cat and an occasional bear! The main floor bedroom has a king sized bed with an adjoining full bath. Also on the main floor is an off-kitchen laundry and access to the one car attached garage. The second level of Bierhaus Cabin has two vaulted ceiling bedrooms (a king bed with a full-size crib in one and 2 twins in the other); connected by a loft hallway and jack-and-jill bathroom with a separate (double) sink area. As our guest you will enjoy access to shared common fishing, picnic and playground areas along the Big Thompson river... all within sight of Bierhaus Cabin. Take a short woodsy walk along the Big Thompson River and emerge to expansive views of Moraine Park. Visit the museum, catch the shuttle to other RMNP destinations or continue your hike on to Cub Lake where you will have extraordinary opportunities to view herds of elk along the way. You'll have access to the entire cabin as well as the garage. Other things to note. Bierhaus Cabin is situated in a parklike setting with shared HOA access to the Big Thompson River and playground steps from our door. From our cozy mountain home it is just a short walk into the Rocky Mountain National Park, 1/2 mile to the YMCA of the Rockies, 2 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of RMNP and 3.5 miles to the town center.

We stayed at the Bierhaus Cabin Dec. 19-29th to celebrate the holidays with our family. We had an amazing time exploring RMNP, Bear Lake, Moraine Park, and Estes Village shops. The scenery is unbeatable! The cozy neighborhood the cabin is nestled in was perfect for our activities. The cabin was very well stocked with all the necessities! So many happy memories were made! We will be back again!

We were thrilled to find baby gates, a crib, a pack-n-play, toddler utensils, and a high chair readily available. The convenience of having these amenities on hand allowed us to travel lighter and provided a safe and comfortable environment for our little ones. We had an incredible stay at this cabin in Estes Park! The walking distance to Rocky Mountain National Park made it a nature lover's dream. After a long hike, the deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying drinks outside. The cabin was spotless and the kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. What really stood out for me, though, was the spacious and well-appointed work area with a large desk and an extra monitor. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to work remotely while enjoying the beauty of the Rockies. I can't recommend this place enough!

The home was in a wonderful location. It was very clean and met all our needs. The garage was an unexpected bonus especially after an afternoon hailstorm. We grilled on a nice Charbroil gas grill and had dinner on the sunny deck. The proximity to RMNP was perfect. Hiking was out door. No need to drive and sit in lines to get into the park. We will definitely return asap. Thanks Greg.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was five minutes from the entrance to RMNP. It was clean and comfortable for our family of five. Communication was great and we would absolutely stay here again. We even had an elk graze across the street for about an hour our second night. Great house!

The cabin was so amazing! Plenty of room for all guests (we were a family of 4, and had more than enough room). The connectivity between the upstairs kids room (with 2 single beds) and the adult room (with 1 king bed) was very convenient and comforting for our kids. The living room with fireplace was very cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time at the Aspenhaus celebrating Thanksgiving as a family. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable accommodations, lovely location! NOTE: The 10 am check-out time, departure clean-up list, and then also a rather high cleaning fee (and several other fees as well!) does seem out of line. We would suggest rebalancing that a bit. Perhaps a later check-out time and/or a shorter clean list and/or reduced cleaning fee. (Check in is also late at 4 pm but that worked well for us).

What can I say about this home...it is absolutely perfect...after coming to Estes for almost 20 years, we have found the perfect place to rest our heads...it is spacious, intimate and loaded...it has everything you may need from the comforts of home...this is a gem for sure...upstairs and downstairs masters...accommodates a small family or even a larger family...the crib upstairs was a life saver...lots of closet and drawer room to unpack for the week...far enough from town but still close enough...the garage was spacious enough for our vehicle...the neighborhood playground was a great option, as well as the Big Thompson so close to fish...absolutely love this house and look forward to getting back...Sue is extremely helpful and kind...nothing but positives about this property...thanks for such an amazing place...

Special, seamless, and personable — all words to describe our interaction with Sue and the AspenHaus. We were greeted by a massive bull elk right outside the driveway. The proximity to the kids park across the street is second to none. A short jaunt to Moraine Park is only 1.3 miles from the front door. And can’t forget about the Big T river just steps away. This was a dream vacation and we will absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Sue!

Nice place to stay. We have stayed in aspen brook before. This one had less of an incline and walk to the river. Love the swings they put in near the river. The new playground was a bit too big for our kids, so that was a little disappointing. The owners of this house were very helpful and easy to contact. The house came with plenty of household essentials like paper goods and detergent; that is always a plus. We really enjoyed our week long stay there.

Perfect getaway right outside town with entrance to RMNP right down the road. Country mart and a couple local restaurants right there. Saw elk everywhere, every day. The weather was perfect for lunch on porch and fire in fireplace in the morning. Communication with the hosts was exceptional and we can’t thank them enough for the kindness they showed us when our plans had changed. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place and enjoy such a beautiful area!

This was the best cabin we have stayed at in the rockies. It is well laid out and furnished and in a quiet location near a stream and a nice picnic area. Its 5m from stables you can ride horses at, and 10-15m drive to the national park. We saw Elk on the drive in and out, and had one run in front of the car at one point. The host communicated via text and was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
