Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs. NOTE: If you would like to reserve Nautilus more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks! NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited. NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Nautilus during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions. NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund NOTE: The property has one exterior security camera that faces the driveway. The camera is only capable of recording the exterior of the property (that is publicly visible anyway). The camera is not capable of viewing the pool, pool area, or the property's interior. There are no other cameras on the property. NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.
