Exceptionally well-done renovation with beautiful features, lighting, and insightful architectural solutions. The staff is quite amazing—very Four Seasons like. The included breakfast is charming and we appreciated Christina dialogue at breakfast. There is a wonderful spa downstairs that we never enjoyed and will on our next visit.

The Monument is a fabulous addition to the Athens hotel scene. It is elegant, sophisticated and an oasis of scented calm coming back from the noisy and crowded Athens' streets. The rooms are hyperclean, beautifully decorated and the staff are AMAZING. All in all a gem I wish I could keep a secret.

The location is great- the neighborhood is old, busy and close to everything. The hotel is s little hidden at first, but we found it to be perfectly situated and a wonderful respite from the noise and bustle. The rooms are beautifully designed- modern, yet pay homage to the history of the building. They are clean with high ceilings that make the space feel large and airy. The breakfast and cappuccinos were delicious. The support staff from the front desk to bell people to breakfast manager were lovely-professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly lovely. The building is beautiful. The sauna and steam are great.
Completely overpriced - paying for the location.
Breakfast was extremely average.
The room was tiny, all the finishings felt cheap and not what you’d expect from a luxury boutique hotel.
