Gute Lage, Bahnhof und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pulizia, arredo e confort della stanza e del servizio interno.
Purtroppo l'androne e la scala di ingresso vanno migliorati. I lavori in corso sulla piazza rendono complicato l'accesso e i rumori dei lavori con mezzi meccanici a prima mattina si "sentono".

Host was so helpful with parking and ZTL and always at hand for any help. The room was new and clean and small package of croissants was nice welcoming gesture. The apartment is close to the city center.
Noise from outside, but that's Palermo and Mediterranean lifestyle and has nothing to do with the host and I don't know if this can be taken as the fault because I was the one who forgot to take earplugs with me.

Il prezzo e ci hanno dato la disponibilità di fare in un altra stanza a causa di un piccolo imprevisto.
La posizione come già descritta da altri utenti a cui purtroppo non si può dare un punteggio negativo alla struttura, ma ci tenevamo a segnalare alcune cose che potrebbero migliorarla , o delle piccole accortezze che abbiamo trovato durante il soggiorno(STANZA QUATTRO CANTI): il copriletto era bruciato e macchiato,il prodotti dell’igiene messi a disposizione dalla struttura erano già stati utilizzati e non sostituiti,il phon é di scarsissima qualità e di potenza, e per chi ha capelli medio/lunghi farebbe molta fatica ad asciugarli, lo scopino é un pochino arrugginito. C’è una macchinetta del caffè che per essere utilizzata necessita la visualizzazione di un tutorial tramite un qrcode,non proprio di semplice utilizzo.
