Very convenient location for me
Had an issue at a restaurant the food wasn’t prepared properly. They did manage to take care of it, but I had to go to the front desk to resolve it. I felt that it should’ve been taken care of at the restaurant.

Location and personnel
The restaurant have the longest time to serve main dishes during lunch and the corridors have a non nice odor

Breakfast and room service
I booked one month in advance a pick up service from the airport to the hotel and they did not show up. Plus, facilities are rather old.
