The staff is really kind, the food is tasty and in general, the hotel is nice.
There's a lot of work to do on cleaning, the rooms smell like humidity and the pillows and floor are wet all the time, it was hard to sleep because of the smell. The staff changed the pillowcases, however the issue was wuth the pillows and the next day happened the same. The hotel is old and you can tell by the windows, the doors and the shower, so there is room for improvement.

Location was good
Bathroom was not great, we didn’t have hand soap or shower gel. Also it wasn’t in great condition. It looked very old.

I confused this property with Faranda Collection in the same city, a much nicer place. My mistake. Employees kind and helpful. Clean but in very rough shape.
Loud music in public pool area, room with loose drywall in ceiling, curtains didn’t totally close, construction going on in reception, no iron or hairdryer in room, though one was provided. Breakfast not great though abundant.
