The hotel was a great discovery. Location is fantastic, close to restaurants, hospitals and main streets. Rooms are comfortable and modern. The pool in the terrace is beautiful and the service is exceptional. The front desk and the restaurant personnel are very professional and kind, in particular Joel, Marco and Oscar. They walked the extra mile for me making my stay unforgettable
There was some smell in the room ( humid) that may be uncomfortable at first, but I understand it's normal on Barranquilla to have that smell in some spaces

This was easily our favorite hotel during our entire road trip through the North Coast. We stayed three nights because we loved it so much! The 10th-floor view was incredible, the room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was outstanding—a buffet-style spread that was the best we had on our trip. The location in the Alto Prado neighborhood is excellent and felt very safe. Most importantly, the front desk was attentive, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp.
The only minor issue was the lack of toothpaste. For travelers who forget their own or run out, it would be great if the hotel offered small tubes, even if they were for sale. I’ve seen this provided at other hotels and it’s a small detail that makes a difference.

The Hotel is located in great community and easy to move araound the city. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent.
Luck of English of second lengauge . I do not know why sometime is missing towels and toillet paper , soap that is basic necesisity of the quest.

Spacious and clean rooms.
The AC was not working properly, never stopping to run when the set room temperature was reached, and leading to an uncomfortably cold room at night.
Fan speed was not adjustable and the target room temperature always defaulted back to 22.5 degrees everytime you left the room.
The shower was not draining properly and it took several complaints at the reception until it was fixed. Even then, it was not properly fixed, with water still accumulating in the shower floor. Furthermore, the room service starts super early, with the personal staring to knock at your door at 8:30 AM.
