amabilidad del personal en recepción
aires acondicionados que no enfrían bien, tienen poca capacidad de enfriamiento en relación con la temperatura. No le hicieron limpieza a la habitación todos los días, tuve que pedir varias veces a la recepción la limpieza de la habitación

El servicio y la amabilidad del personal fueron Excelentes.
No habia servicio de restaurante aparte del desayuno, lo que hacia que debia salir del hoptel o pedir domicilios.

Good location. Breakfast was good. The room was Clean and it had hot water for showering.
The AC in main areas wasn’t working. There was no staff or cleaning people available if you needed something delivered to the room (e.g. an extra towel. The pillows, bed linens and towels looked old and even a little raggedy though they were clean. This hotel definitely needs updating.
