i loved my room location on the 12th floor, which had a drone-like view of the city to the northeast along the Magdalena River. The convenience of breakfast every morning, along with rooftop service and and they're unbeatable view, makes NH Collection a Voyage Noir favorite. I expect to return soon for a special occasion towards the end of December
I'm not often easy to please however the only thing I did not like was the fact that I had to leave and cut my trip short by another two nights stay.

Muy buena zona. Staff muy amigable. Desayuno Ok. Buen colchón y buena ducha. Limpio. Buena TV.. linda vista. Buen lugar para ver fútbol.
Falta un poco de TLC como cortinas rotas,m, unas sábanas y toallas rotas. Luz blanca en la habitacion. Solicite desde antes de la estadía la factura a nombre de la empresa y hasta hoy aún no me la han dado

I love that the bed was confortable,the breskfast was good a mix of international bread types and some Colombian food.check in was smooth as well as checkout.,the welcome bottle of water was a plus as a brownie😊
There were no in the room amenities or milk for the coffee ,just creamer.

Location in a nice neighborhooh. Breakfast is good and full of options.
Room was not ready two hours after forecasted check-in time. A tasteless coffee was offered as a compensation.
The room is big enough but was not clean: dust on furnitures, floor not cleaned and no towels in the room.
