The manager Marina from the point of booking to leaving today was a fantastic communicator. She couldnt do enough for us. Advising on a taxi number, arranging delivery of a coffee pot, always time for a quick chat and giving us local knowledge.
The apartment was clean and well presented on arrival. Central to Cala d or easy walk to the beach restaurants and supermarkets.
The pool area was relaxed we were the only clients who used it for the day felt like our own private pool.
Outside terrace area was big plenty room to lounge and dine.
It would be nice to arrive with a bottle of water in the fridge.
The area can be noisy at night with the various other hotels entertainment but was all finished by midnight the windows closed did block the noise.
I would have liked a towel change mid way our holiday or even a couple of laundry l
Capsules to do our own.
A poolside toilet would be fantastic.

Perfect location, every main place within a 10 minute walk including Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda and Cala Pettita! Pool area was perfect, mostly had it to ourselves for the whole stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and there is also a huge balcony area. Marina the host couldn’t have been more helpful

Prime location: Situated excellently right next to Cala Gran with outstanding access to the town centre.Exceptional hospitality: The host, Marina, provided flexible check-in and check-out options, allowing an early check-in and full use of the facilities after check-out.Great amenities: Features a convenient swimming pool that is perfect for a quick dip after returning from the sea.Convenient parking: On-site parking is available for a daily fee, making day trips and rentals hassle-free.Peaceful atmosphere: The complex is very calm and populated by friendly visitors, contributing to an overall great experience.
Restaurant ambient noise: The room faces a restaurant, so you may hear some ambient background noise during busy dinner hours, though it didn't bother us.

Quiet location.
Felt safe.
Close to the Cala.
I had to wash any dish or piece of silverware I wanted to use; they were covered in grease. There was supposed to be a “garden view,” but the view was of a construction site. There was one towel for the kitchen and the scrub brush was extremely worn so I bought washcloths and a scrubby for the kitchen. There was no shampoo unless the shampoo was also the shower gel. The pans in the kitchen that I used did not have flat bottoms so that made it hard to heat anything up. The pool was dirty so I never used it. There was no oven but maybe that was asking too much.
