Idéalement situé par rapport à la citadelle ; déchargement de la voiture très aisé car l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et nous pouvons nous garer temporairement devant ; appartement très bien équipé, calme et confortable ; très bons échanges avec Estelle qui est vraiment disponible !

La ubicación muy próxima al castillo, la comodidad y espacio del apartamento y está muy equipado.
La incomodidad de no poder parar ni estacionar cerca para dejar y subir las maletas, creo que el anfitrión debería estar a la llegada para abrir la barrera de la calle descargar y volver a salir.
Varios enchufes no funcionan.

L’ubicació perfecte tant per visitar la Ciutadella com la ciutat nova.
Tots els detalls de la casa, que son molts i no em vull extendre.
I sobretot la comunicació amb l’anfitriona. Em vaig deixar un mp3 i m’el va enviar per missatger

A nice apartment which was clean and comfortable. The host was excellent with communication.
Just three things really:
1. The code key code provided by Booking.com was wrong, the host sent me the correct code.
2. It was warm weather around 34 degrees in the city, the apartment didn't have any air conditioning but did have fans. This is not a reflection on the host or apartment, it was just very hot day and night.
3. There was no hairdryer in the apartment, apparently it broke with the previous visitors and there wasn't time to replace this. If we had been told before our stay we would have brought out own. A message to the host did not resolve the issue.
