What a lovely place Poppy Lodge and Glendevon are! I chose it because I wanted somewhere nice, near to family, that I could bring my dog. The lodge exceeded my expectations, it was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It was centrally-heated, with a really comfy master bed, quality linen, large TV, comfy sofas, The electric oven and gas hob were immaculate, plentiful kitchen equipment and soap, toilet roll and towels provided, which when you arrive makes life so much easier. Just everything you needed - the host is very kind, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The park is quiet and surrounded by greenery - a fab setting. I wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend.
No negatives but I would have found it helpful to have information about where to walk from the park and recommended places to visit - always a bonus to have local insight.
