For us, this location is ideal. Super close to our family and friends, making catch ups so much easier during our quick getaways. The kitchen is well appointed and has a lot of utensils/crockery to make use of being able to cook whilst away from home. The bathrooms are really nice.

The garage/off street parking has minimal side clearance, which you can see folks struggle with by the looks of the damage to the entrance.

Loved the cleanliness, the close proximity to shops, the comfortable bed, the secure parking. Found the futon couch uncomfortable & didn't like the concrete jungle views but overall a great little place to stay. For us, it was half way between each of our sons & their families, so perfect location wise. Communication was via text/email but I found the lack of names rather impersonal. It's hard to rate staff when it's just a company name you're communicating with.
