The hotel is a great place to stay, to dine, relax & to watch a show/ concert. The room was clean with comfy bed, food selection superb, staff very good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved the decor and overall ambience of the room. It had everything I needed including a fridge which was a huge bonus. The fan was also great and was used.
I did not like where my room was based. It had a very large vent outside the window which carried a lot of noise into the room, hence I could not open it. My parents room while having gorgeous views of the mountains and French doors they could not open the doors due to smells from cooking coming through to the room.

The staff were friendly and the boxed breakfast was fantastic, although variations would have been much better.
Twice we had to go to reception to have our room pass key reprogrammed which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Clean and tidy
You could hear everything, the people in the next room just talking, in the halls the room was not noise proof what so ever.
