The cleaning , food and location
My experience at this hotel was disappointing mainly because of the reception staff. They were not friendly and their attitude was quite rude.
I booked my room a day before my arrival so that I wouldn’t have to wait. However, when I arrived at 7:00 AM, I was told to wait because it was “early morning.” I ended up waiting almost two hours for the room to be ready. What made the situation worse was that the receptionist kept ignoring us even though there were no other guests waiting.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t just one incident. I had multiple interactions with different receptionists during my stay, and all of them showed poor attitude and lack of professionalism. This is the first time I’ve experienced such behavior at a hotel, and it really affected my overall experience.
