الغرفه جميله والنظافه ممتازه وطلبت غرفتين متصلات والحمد لله كانو متصلات
دوات المياة نظيفه جداً و واسعه وكانت تحتوي على بانيو
اقامه رائعه 😍بأذن الله تتكرر
الحقيقه صوت الاذن في السماعه كان مزعج قليلاً رغم قصرنا للصوت تمنيت يكون في غلق للصوت متى مارغبنا

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it is a very good hotel with excellent service. However, the location is not ideal and could be more convenient.
The bathroom was not maintained to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. In particular, the shower area was not properly cleaned and fell short of the cleanliness standards I would expect from a property of this level.

New hotel, cleanliness and the location was good.
1- Staff first option to give floor number-1 and if you ask other floors they will say it is not ready. Floor-1 is noisy since a construction activities is goong on by neighbor hotel.
2- One day advanced check-out paper is badly written where 50% daily charge if you check out between 12:00-2:00 pm and 100% charge if you delay your check out after 2:00 pm !!!
