-LIFT with glass, going through the ground was terrifying the first time thinking it will stop before reaching the floor.

Neat and clean hotel. Near to Haram. Golf cars and buses always ready to drop you to Haram 24 hours drop off facility. 2-3 Minutes drive and you are in Haram. Breakfast was fantastic. Specially chef Ghulam omelettes, beef curry, karry pakora and chicken Jalferazy. All items were delicious and nicely cooked. House making team was very helpful and always ready to help. Reception staff was very friendly and professional and understood English and resolve the issue quickly.

Check-in was quick and smooth. The lobby is spacious, airy and well ventilated.
There was a persistent musty smell on our floor (16), likely from humidity.
We found hair in the bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned it promptly, but it should have been caught before check-in, and the handling could have been more discreet.
The butter at the breakfast buffet appeared to be a butter blend rather than pure butter, which is disappointing at this price level.
One of the paid massage chairs in the lobby didn't work. We were directed to a support line for what seems to be a separate operator. They fixed it, but it cost us at least 30 minutes. Since the chairs are in the hotel lobby, guests shouldn't have to deal with a third party to resolve it.
