very bad i want the responsible person call me so can discuss in more details

1st of all this property shouuld not be considered as marriort 1. staff uneducated , not trained of the star properties like marriot 2. reception no body picks up the calls and no response from the reception 3. staff cant understand the language

1. hotel staff & there behaviour towards the guest 2. had a very bad experience 3. if it was not the Makkah i would have immediately changed the hotel 4. hotel towels like a cheap hotel no cleanliness

It was my first time staying with Marriot and was nothing but appauling,

The location is great and is only a few minutes walk from the Kaaba. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The staff was rude and non-responsive. On the day of check-in, we were asked to wait in the lobby as someone was checking the rooms for the last time. We were happy to wait but when no one came to us for another hour, I approached the reception desk again and we were rudely told that you were supposed to come to us. I had two elderly friends with me who were not allowed to use the toilets till we had the room keys. We booked 1 suite and a twin room for our stay for 6 guys. What was given to us was a twin room and a suite with 1 double bed and two sofa beds. One of my colleagues spent the night on the carpet instead of in bed. The room only had two towels. We asked for fresh towels and reminded the staff again about the request after 1 hour and yet no one came to give us towels or simple drinking water. I spoke to the guest relationship officer in the morning and she changed our room to two rooms with proper beds which was good. We asked for more coffee and we were told that we had to pay for it. Overall, i wasn't expecting this sort of quality from a brand name like Marriot. Will never stay with them again.

Was very nice and pleasant

The stuff was amazing especially the boys that work. Also thank you so much to the restaurant at level 2 they wore amazing.

The shower, the stuff at the front desk told me if I would have said something she would have given me another room.

Staff were nice . Overall enjoyed my stay but would improve some things .

Its a over all good package to stay at Marriott

Location is comfortable to access haram, shuttle service is an easy access to haram 24 7 Friendly staff service is quick

Food variety is less and not in a good taste Laundry service is very expensive at the hotel Car park service is 150 sar per day which is expensive as well

Fantastisch!

Schone kamers, goed ontbijt, vriendelijke medewerkers, dichtbij Masjid Al Haram, gebeden van Masjid Al Haram live mee te volgen vanuit de speakers in de kamer. Gratis 24/7 shuttle naar Masjid Al Haram als je niet wilt of kunt lopen.

Great location. Posh hotel. Great iftar buffet

Good clean hotel. Great buffet iftar. Cleaning crew mr shabudin was great and left room very clean. Location was great given that they kept closing the haram during taraveeh. It would have been better if the golf carts were running 24hrs.

Bathroom was somewhat dirty and drain kept backing up and water leaking out of the shower. Maintenance did come and fix the problem though which was nice.

Overall a good stay

The room is spacious and easy transport to Meccah

There is a sewage like smell in the toilet but we didnt call the maintenance Only the men prayer room has the view while women is fully enclosed

Some of you’re staff are extremely excellent and some are just difficult

It was new and there is staff called yaser and abeer were very much helpful

When i first arrived and checked in my room had strong smoking smell even though it was in non smokers floor and have asthma and it triggered by just binge in there for few minutes and i booked non-smoking room. So i informed staff in the same floor no one came or called so i went down to the lobby and the front disk staff was not cooperating she didn’t believe me and said go back and call zero so i did the call centre they transfer my call to front disk?!!? Why the hassle and the long process. Hence i was tired came from airport and just being in the room for few minutes was problematic and it induced my asthma !? It was bad experience part from that very small thing and the way the staff reacted

The hotel was lovely location was perfect we didn’t get what was promised

The room size was good there was only one bathroom with 2 rooms. The location was good we’ll presented.

Only one bathroom We were made to wait over an hour and half before a room was available then got an apology and was told I will get an upgraded room with a partial Haram view which I did not get

Decent stay, Close Proximity but more a 4* rather than a 5*

- Breakfast/Dinner facilities were very nice and many options of different cuisines. - Lifts were very responsive and usually on time when requested - Cleaners (special mention to our assigned room cleaner, Shams ud Duha (would ask for him for your room :) )) - came every day, made sure everything was cleaned, tidied, vacuumed and any refreshments/toiletries replenished without a fuss. - Hotel bus (very frequent, every 3-5mins) takes you to the front of Masjid Haram (drops you off at the back of Conrad hotel, where you take the lift down and then it is a straight 2-3 mins walk to the front gate of Haram). Return service is from the drop-off point right back to outside the hotel.

- Wi-Fi was poor for Marriott's standard (hotel rated 5* but connection/speed was mediocre). Very Intermittent and some spots in room (not hotel) had no connectivity. - Make sure you clarify with the hotel that Breakfast is Breakfast/Suhoor (I know this sounds odd, but the hotel seemed to be under the impression that if you choose the breakfast option on booking.com (and potentially other providers/sites) - it means dinner/Iftaar (as the Arabic translation for breakfast is 'Iftaar') (though no other hotel in Saudi Arabia had this misinterpretation) - A few other hot/cold drink options at Breakfast/Suhoor would've been better. - If you would like to walk to the Haram, it is 5-10 mins to the new extension (as seen on the images) but to access the main gate by foot (especially if you are in Ihraam and it is a busy crowd/crowd control, which it usually it is), it'll take anywhere between 10-15 mins (hence, if you're going for Umrah/accessing Mataaf/Tawaaf - it is easier to take the bus)

If you pay a lot amount it requires better service

It was near to Haram and shuttle service was continuos

1- it was mentioned in my booking that payment will be deducted at property but they deducted on the day when I booked it ,when I followed there response was poor and dis satisfaction. 2 - there online customer service is poor they don’t respond in time and don’t give clear communication 3- I have booked 3 rooms they arranged in time only two and 3rd room was handed over after two hours of check in time 4- breakfast buffet was poorly managed . It took us 30 min to get fresh omelets only one person was assigned to cook it long queue 5- I forgot my AirPods in room and checked out . Now I am chasing them from last three days if they can help but very dis appointed response again customer service is very bad

خدمة ونظافة واهتمام ولكن المكن بعيد ومتعب عن الحرم

الخدمات المقدمه والنظافة العامة في الفندق، وبشاشة موظفي الاستقبال وموظفي المطعم وعمال النظافه، والقهوة السعودية رائعة، وكذلك توفر الحافلات التي توصلك للحرم المكي على مدار 24 ساعة وترجعك للفندق.

مكان الفندق بعيد عن الحرم المكي وخاصه من معه كبير سن من المؤسف الفندق لا يوفر عربات لكبار السن جميع العربات متهالكه اقترح بتوفيرها لساكني الفندق فقط لمن لديهم كبار في السن، الفطور الرمضاني والسحور ليس بمستوى الفندق واسعارها مبالغ فيها ومتغيره ليست ثابته، وانصح من لديه القدره السكن في مكان قريب للحرم افضل من ذلك. وشكراً

Après une première expérience décevante lors de notre précédent séjour, nous sommes heureux de partager que cette fois-ci, notre séjour s'est déroulé de manière très satisfaisante. Nous tenons à exprimer notre profonde gratitude envers Hanaa, dont la présence attentive et le dévouement ont radicalement changé notre perception de cet hôtel. Grâce à elle, toutes nos attentes ont été satisfaites, que ce soit en ce qui concerne la chambre ou le buffet. Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement Mr. Ali😊,qui travaille à la réception du buffet. Sa constante présence à l'entrée du buffet, son sourire et son accueil chaleureux ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. De plus, nous souhaitons adresser nos sincères remerciements à Abdulrahman, le serveur, pour son professionnalisme et son efficacité remarquable. Hôtel proche du haram , navette dispo h24 .

لا بأس ولكن لا اكرر الزيارة ابدا .. الميزة الوحيدة قربه من المسجد الحرام

الشيء الوحيد الممتاز في مكان الإقامة الاستاذة هناء بشوشة وذكية وحلت لي المشكلة اللي حصلت معاي في دقائق الموظفة اعطيها تقييم كامل وعشر نجوم سريعة وعلاقاتها ممتازة وعارفة شغلها ولبقة في الحديث والكلام شكرا هناء♥️ سوو لي ترقية للغرفة

بوفيه السحور غير متنوع ابدا اقل من عادي والاطباق ما اعجبتني الة القهوة في البار لا تعمل نظافة المكان جيدة ما توقعت المكان كذا توقعته يكون لاكجري اكثر
