The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well suited for a family stay. I booked two rooms for my family, and we were very pleased with the amount of space and overall comfort.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It is superbly situated close to King Fahd Gate, which makes access to the Haram and the Mataf area very convenient, especially when travelling with family and children.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and very efficient whenever we needed assistance. Overall, the combination of spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, a very convenient location, and good service made our family stay very enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.
For a five-star hotel, I expected the towels to be much whiter and fresher in appearance. They were clean, but they did not have the bright, crisp white look I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. Improving the quality and presentation of the towels would make the overall experience feel more in keeping with a five-star property.

The hotel is tidy and clean. All the facilities are wonderful.
When i came a bit early at 13:00. The stuff requested from me to wait until 16:00 as my reservation was from booking not direct. And they started to negotiate me to upgrade my reservation to a suite with a total cost of 1300. Eventually, I gave up and paid an extra 1000 SR to check into the hotel because I was tired from traveling for four hours by plane and one hour by car.
