I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, welcoming and maintained to a high standard, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived.
The staff deserve a special thank you. They greeted me with a smile, were genuinely helpful and did everything they could to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would especially like to extend my thanks to Mr. Muhammad Ali, whose kindness and care made my stay truly memorable at Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah.
The location is also perfect, just a short distance from Masjid al-Haram. It was easy to get around and just as easy to get back to the hotel to relax.
I highly recommend Conrad Jabal Omar Makkah and would love to come back!

The hotel is tidy and clean. All the facilities are wonderful.
When i came a bit early at 13:00. The stuff requested from me to wait until 16:00 as my reservation was from booking not direct. And they started to negotiate me to upgrade my reservation to a suite with a total cost of 1300. Eventually, I gave up and paid an extra 1000 SR to check into the hotel because I was tired from traveling for four hours by plane and one hour by car.
