A Truly Wonderful Experience
An absolutely wonderful stay at Raffles Makkah Palace. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality.
From the reception team to the room service staff, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and welcoming. Their genuine care and attention to every detail made our stay truly special and memorable.

Everything was marvelous, starting from check-in. They accommodated us with an early check-in, considering we were traveling with a child. The receptionist personally delivered us to our room and showed us the services available. The concierge was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Even the elevator attendant was kind enough to guide us.
The cleaning service was excellent, and they clearly took great care in maintaining the rooms. Room service was fast, with a diverse variety of food options available. The breakfast offered something for every taste, which was fantastic. Everyone we encountered was helpful and demonstrated excellent communication skills.
The hotel mosque was well-prepared and had a pleasant aroma, which enhanced the overall experience. I particularly loved the ambiance in the mosque as well. Everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
