Everything. Especially, the staff warm and supportive attitude at the reception. The very first impression was great due to that.

It was close to haram and very much convenient.!
I paid for the kaba view and they didn’t give me the room for Kaba view side for the first day. Next day I talked to the staff and they offered me, but it was deceive to me and not fair to me at all, I went all the way from USA to that location with paid money and I wasn’t given what I paid for it.
