Everything! Fast and Dedicated elevators in the Clock Tower. Quiet and serene, good breakfast, friendly staff, great water pressure and bathroom facilities. The mattress in the room was the most comfortable I have had at any hotel in a while. The hotel walkways have a lovely fragrance. Generally a fantastic experience
